If it’s really important, a link is good enough. I also think images encourage quick scrolling rather than engagement.

I would say there was an adjustment for the first three, but for the third one, it was so obviously my calling that the only adjustment was that I was new to it and needed a lot of education and experience.

https://elan.school/tag/joe-nobody/From the first chapter, I couldn’t put it down. I dropped my kid at school and then read the 94 chapters available in my car (the last six haven’t been written yet). It’s the true story about a boy who grew up in a camp for “troubled” teens.

Jitzilla I don’t understand what Kim Jon Ung gets out of killing his population. In general, I am skeptical of anything based on what evolution “designed us” to do. Most of us naturally have something we use to augment the natural, such as glasses, vaccines, sunscreen etc. Personally I appreciate not having died in childbirth.
I like going barefoot in the garden, until I step on a rock or bee hidden in the grass. Yeah, I’d get callused eventually, but why put myself through that just to be natural?

This is fascinating, but the study was tiny, less than 10 people in each group. The fiber group lost more weight, and their body composition indicated more fat loss, but it was clinically insignificant. I still agree that increasing fiber is way healthier, but I don’t know that it would increase weight loss. Maybe it would be easier to keep the weight off though, who knows?
