I’ve been playing TimeStalkers & Soul Calibur for the most part otherwise, with designs to start Skies of Arcadia soon.

This was after all the patches that fixed the multitude of issues at launch, but all the same - I found myself almost grieving over losing the world of 2077 and Night City after I beat the game. I wanted more - more time in the setting, more stories and characters, and chief amongst my wants - more time with Johnny Silverhand.
I missed him, legitimately, and I was incalculably happy to see him upon loading Phantom Liberty for the first time.
It’s good to have your o’l choom back, y’know?
I’m reaching the end of Phantom Liberty now, and I know that upon completing one of the new endings I’ll have to say goodbye to Johnny all over again… and I’m not looking forward to it. 😔

Generally if you can install Raspberry Pi OS (which Raspberry Pi themselves offer detailed instructions for), installing PiHole and getting it up is fairly simple.
I’ve complicated things by running it on a non-supported distribution (Debian Testing), but even then it isn’t super difficult to keep running.
It’s well worth the effort—an ad-free home is a happy home.

That said its primary purpose is to be used for servers, network attached devices, embedded systems, anything facing the outside world in your network—it’s not intended to be a desktop operating system.
I found it incredibly robust and feature-packed, but there’s a big barrier to entry if you’re not already coming from a UNIX or *BSD background.
I ultimately stopped using it in favour of Linux for my purposes (running an ad-blocking DNS server on my network) as PiHole did the same thing with a lot less effort, but I felt it was way more secure against bad actors than the PiHole is.
Just my $0.02.

It was an experience like nothing else, the enthusiasm and energy of that show still stick with me. It revitalised my interest in the guitar and in rock, and to attending concerts altogether.
I’ve been to at least 9 concerts since—I attribute it to the magic I experienced there.

Comment on Why Nintendo games never go down in price, according to Satoru Iwata in ~games

That said, I’m loving it, but I was flabbergasted by how 5 year old games still sell for full retail. The cost of games has been a big barrier to entry in all honesty, but I’m fortunate to have friends who are willing to lend me some of the classics like BotW since they haven’t played ‘em in years.

I inevitably give up a few chapters in, but I’m trying to break that cycle.
My favs of the last few years have been Happiest Season and Love Hard. Both are hokey, full of drama, and little more than romantic comedies with a Christmas sprinkle on top. 100% in my milieu.
