Do you have any technical skills? It's not required, but at least having an aptitude for it will go a long way. The idea is that you may not be able to do the work, but you can understand it and trust in your staff (or project members) to do their jobs.
Where you could be a huge help is leveraging soft skills for the technical folks with communications, organization, accountability, etc.
For Project Mgmt you could look at some real entry level certifications like the CompTIA Project+, or something general purpose from PMI

Sarcasimo I also support RLM. One neat perk they offer is that when they release a new (paid) audio commentary, they'll give you a code so you can get your own copy for free if you message them on Patreon.I also support RLM. As for mods, I have one or two from the early days that still work fine, and the "major" mods keep well up to to date. I also believe you can have Steam download and run older builds of the game if you want to keep fully functional until mod updates are released.

The article does a good job outlining that this isn't just a money issue, it's a problem of other businesses (In this case, insurance and financial firms) simply view the NRA as too big of a risk to work with.
Either way, until they close their doors I'm not convinced that they're in dire straits.

I have a Kamado grill, but some fun things you can make regardless of the grill type are:
Invest in a grilling basket/mat for smaller things that would otherwise fall through the grates.
