Not arguing with whatever point you're trying to make, but you've compared the totality of youtube content with the amount of movie content watched by one person. They are unrelated.

youtube has 500hrs of content uploaded every minute, while watching a movie every night is barely 500hrs a year.

I don't think it's impressive to cast an actor that everyone already knows and loves.

I do know that support is not 1:1 with the desktop version, and only a few specific addons are supported. Could that be what you are thinking of?

even a laptop is going to become tedious for the hours of reading and writing in college. A student needs a full size monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

Through my time in university (only a few years ago), very few students had a full size monitor, mouse, and keyboard... and most of them were for gaming. I really don't see it as necessary at all. Not to deny your experience at all -- it's fine if you personally prefer that and don't feel comfortable using a laptop. But I think having anything more than a laptop (and maybe a bluetooth mouse if you prefer it) is excessive for most students.

I think you actually are one of the target demographics for it. Maybe you're not a target demographic for buying barbie dolls, but I do think you are for this movie. They chose Gerwig, Gosling,...

I think this is also one of those areas where the talent does a lot for it. I saw it Friday, and am not a target demographic (straight white male in his late 20s) and normally avoid big movies based on toy IPs like the plague. But I have been on the hook to go see it from early on. That’s basically solely because I like Gerwig, Gosling, and Robbie.

This is an interesting problem! This is probably not very helpful to you, but I found this page describing some pretty old software that did this, including alternatives (at the time), technical challenges, and some details on the eventual implementation. It might be helpful if you wanted to write your own software to do the same, but I'm guessing that's out of scope. :)

    edit:
This blog post from the comment section of the link I posted above may have a solution that would actually work in modern day, so it may be worth looking into as well...

Spoilers Both of these theories have been floating around my head as well. One thing I was thinking was that the suit could pump in gas that knocks them out for a bit but doesn't kill them. Once they pass out, they freeze the frame (which has the other "dead" bodies overlaid as well).

Though one thing I don't really understand is why there are only a handful of bodies in the shot. If they've been sending people out to clean for 140 years, you'd think there would be more?

Pretty incredible stuff that this is even possible. There are some major restrictions, though:

When the camera is 60 feet away, the room lights must be turned off, but they can be turned on if the surveillance camera is at a distance of about 6 feet. (An attacker can also use an iPhone to record the smart card reader power LED.) The video must be captured for 65 minutes, during which the reader must constantly perform the operation.

Meaning someone is swiping a card or similar for 65 minutes straight. Or you're running code on the device already.

edit: Though it's unclear to me whether those 65 minutes can be accumulated over a long period of time.
