As long as the ingredients are very dry, there's no worry imo. Microorganisms need a minimum "water activity" (similar concept to moisture, yet different). Store bought dry ingredients usually fall below that level. There are exceptions, though, some dried fruit are not super dry and could develop mould when stored for too long with the wrong ingredients. The biggest concern would be sensory issues. Milk powder tends to oxidize, for example.

I want da pizza slice phone now

sorry. Not sure how technically feasible a quad circle display would be, but looking at smart watches we seem to have solved circular smart devices nowadays? User experience could be rough, though, as the screen diagonal size is limited on accout of pythagoras - nevermind the GUI implications of a rounded corner screen

You just enraged 80 million germans and one of their core industries. Autobahn speed at 130 km/h is called Richtgeschwindigkeit here (roughly translates to usual speed), and sometimes you feel like a road blocker at 130.

On a more serious note, this scale could be quite useful. You could easily colour code speed signs, highways, roads, cars, trailers, ...

Currently using Ecosia, the german based pendant to Qwant and DDG. I can't find signifincant differences between Qwant & Ecosia, Google and DDG. A few years ago, Google ran circles around all of the alternatives, but that is no more. I particularly like the UI of Ecosia on mobile, and if I'm informed correctly, they and Qwant are teaming up to build their own search index. Not sure what to think of the impact of their tree planting initiative, though.

Sure! I bought a Häussler Luna. Big enough for around 300 g of semolina. I think this particular manufacturer is specific to the german/european market. An alternative (which I also considered buying) was a machine named La Fattorina. This one seems to be bigger, though.

I recently bought a pasta extruder. I don't need it, and it's neither financially viable nor is the noodle quality better than store bought dry pasta.

It was so damn expensive. I wanted one with metal parts and a capable motor, not those flimsy plastic extruders breaking as you fill in your first round of semola di grano duro. It was so damn expensive, and this repetition is intended. I'll ned to eat pasta till the end of my life to get it amortised.

But it's so much fun and satisfying, and using it makes you admire the art behind the commodity that pasta today is. The machine has enough oomph that you extrude pretty dry, non sticking pasta (important differentiation against the cheap flimsy ones). The possibilities are endless if you don't mind spending a multiple of the original hefty investment for extrusion matrices. I'm just beginning my journey, and had nice results with whole wheat and colouring with turmeric.

Seriously, don't buy a pasta extruder. Just keep using store bought pasta and admire the technology behind it. If you have a big family and lots of disposable income and time, go for it. I have neither of these, but still in no way I regret it.

Others have mentioned a NAS being what you need, and I agree with them.

If you're interested in an "off-site" and offline addition to the NAS, here's what I use:

Set up a VPN network for the sole reason to phone home. This way, your devices will, no matter where you are, think they are connected to your home wifi and thus will see all your other home devices like your NAS. I use wireguard as it's considered safe and silent enough for me to risk opening up a port on my home router.

Set up Syncthing for having a synchronised shared folder between your devices. This way, if you're offline or stuck with a bad internet connection, you have a small subset of your media still with you.

I am always astonished by that story, because I don't know any other country using as many fractions as the US of A in their measuring systems: That's 5/7 of an inch, give me 1/3 cup of oil, and weigh in 2 and 5/16 pounds of sand.

Does anyone know how US americans cope with decimals? As a metric guy I find them more intuitive, but as I said, fractions besides 1/2 and 1/4 don't play a significant role in my everyday life...

The board will warp, because the underside stays moist, while the top will dry out. Leave it in an upright position for even drying.

Does laying it flat, undisturbed, on a counter top work for drying?

I'm in a completely different industry with no leadership experience, so take my words with a grain of salt. I had a quick glance at it, and the first thing that came to my mind was:

Too. Much. Words. Executive. Can't. Process.

Really, the people you are applying to are very busy, or else they wouldn't have an open position. They can't be bothered taking more than 30 seconds reading your CV.

Also, the list of stuff you know is pretty long and unordered. Maybe you'd like to add skill levels there, like 🟡🟡🟡⚪⚪.

EDIT: Another question that comes to my mind reding your: What did you do before 2022?
