    Well, I'm risking getting a lot of hate, but it seems like smartphones weren't really the reason. I think it was the access to more information. Women started to discuss issues, became open about certain things, and yes, they no longer want to deal with disrespect. While men gained not information but p*rn. They're no longer open to difficulties, to problems in a relationship and it's easier for them to ignore all imperfections and just be friends with their online crushes. So yes, more content is the reason I guess.

    almost one year on antidepressants. yesterday started to feel really bad again. i thought that the most horrible time for me would be winter or something. but why now? i don't know. not sure what...

    not sure what to do. i mean partly I know, but, how to word it properly? there are a lot of things that need improvement. a psychiatrist is great, but I think I also need money for a therapist, but right now can't afford it.
