I have the MG279Q, 2 of them, bought those specifically because they had freesync and I have an AMD GPU and because they are IPS and the iMac which it replaced had the same. I know the colors are less good but I don't think I would have noticed anything if I went for TN. For gaming I honestly can't go back and will now lose CS:GO matches if the screen defaults back to 60hz. You don't notice it consciously, but do feel it in your controls. For text & movies it doesn't make (that much) of a difference in my experience. You'll see it if you do a direct comparison of scrolling text on 2 monitors, but not in daily use.

Your comic says "we don't want you on our platform" but what you are saying is "we don't want your platform to exist"

Maybe. Or maybe not because he is a crazy terrorist.

They got banned, they didn't like twitters policy, whatever it was: they made their own alternative because they weren't happy on twitter, and people rightfully repeatedly told them to fuck off. So they did.
    But that still isn't enough.

Just general hospital, first aid, intensive care, etc etc.

They've had major financial problems for a long time, hiring new people has proven more expensive then what they had anticipated/budgeted during this time of worker shortage. During the last months they worked on a rescue plan but didn't manage to convince the health insurance companies and they lost trust. They have some history, all 3 went near bankrupt around 2008-2013 but were saved, but apparently they were not able to change enough because they never were truly trouble free.

Three hospitals went bankrupt today. In the Netherlands. I'm honestly at a loss for words that this is possible. Annoyed/angry that these institutions don't get the same government treatment as the banks did in 2008, looking at it from face value that is very, very wrong.

I've been very negative lately. Not sure what's going on and I can't seem to get out of it, also kinda broke up this weekend because of this ("taking a break"), so I think I need to make a change. Hence: I am planning to finish up and send out my CV this evening!
It will be going to a company which is 100% remote, I've never worked remote before so that's going to be interesting. If they are interested in me, of course.

Ever heard of research chemicals? They are analogs of banned drugs, for example, 1p-lsd is a common RC which is an analog of LSD. There's also analogs of phycobilin (mushrooms) I think. I want to try LSD/Shrooms too, but it worries me that it lasts so long. A bit more hardcore, but DMT seems cool too, and you can extract that from plants yourself. DMT seems better in that regard, but also a lot deeper and more scary.

Been smoking waaaay too much weed (dry herb vape) to be honest, and drinking some energy drinks to get caffeine/sugar boosts. I've always had trouble concentrating and there's something about combining a red bull and weed that makes me concentrate like nothing else can. That's about the extent of my regular drug use.
But when you're at the point that you have trouble getting out of bed on monday and only start to wake up when it's nearing 12pm, maybe you overdid it a bit. To be honest, the energy drinks worry me the most. I manage to keep it at a maximum 2 a day now, most days 1, but it used to be 0~1 can a day.

I've been reading about research chemicals and getting into that world. Tried 6-apb which is a MDMA/xtc analog, amphetamine, which was fun, and speeds everything up, but that's about it. Oh and you feel a bit hungover the next day, maybe sore muscles. Been eyeing some 1p-lsd to try tripping for the first time.

I don't visit that sub anymore but 'wholesomeness' still has a special place in my heart. I guess this is also why it hasn't changed into annoyance for me, but I can totally see how it could could!

But what is new about this? Do you mean this in a broad sense and not specifically to Trump? All you made is a long winded comment which explains the traits of fascism but not how they are unique to Trump.
Pretty much every single one of those points has always relevant to the US because its just part of their culture or how things are.

    1. Powerful and Continuing Nationalism
The America #1 sentiment has been for a long time, if anything the election of Trump made this sentiment less strong

    2. Disdain for the Recognition of Human Rights
Bush, iraq, abu ghraib, and guantanamo bay & that's only the stuff I know about from the top of my head

    3. Identification of Enemies/Scapegoats as a Unifying Cause
Been a thing at least since the start of the cold war

    4. Supremacy of the Military
As you say, soldiers and military service are glamorized, nothing new either

    5. Rampant Sexism
Perhaps you can attribute this to trump, but has this really picked up?

    6. Controlled Mass Media
Clinton in 1996 introduced the Telecommunications Act, which allowed bigger companies to a much higher degree consolidate power, but it's not controlled by the government I guess

    7. Obsession with National Security
Went crazy after 9/11 and has never returned back to normal

    8. Religion and Government are Intertwined
Could be argued that Pence is aiding this, I guess, but is that new? The inaguration oath is also done with a bible IIRC

    9. Corporate Power is Protected
Corporations are legally people so that the big guys can stay out of dodge, nothing new either, but Trump is expanding this IIRC

    10. Labor Power is Suppressed
      Not sure

    11. Disdain for Intellectuals and the Arts
This is a new trend, and is rizing for sure, but is this coming from the government? Also it started before Trump came into office, climate change has become a political issue in the us...

    12. Obsession with Crime and Punishment
      Always been that way

    13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption
      Nothing new either

    14. Fraudulent Elections
Nothing new, AFAIK there were also a lot of complaints about gerrymandering & shady shit when Bush came into office

I'll gladly agree that Trump is a conman, complete idiot, shady salesman, and all terrible things, but I still don't see how Trump is significantly more fascist then anyone who came before him...
