    it's excellent for searing, so i cook tofu in mine. i sear the whole block really well done so it's charred, then slice it and top a bowl of rice with it. add hoisin, then cabbage, green onion,...

    it's excellent for searing, so i cook tofu in mine. i sear the whole block really well done so it's charred, then slice it and top a bowl of rice with it. add hoisin, then cabbage, green onion, and bean sprouts that you stir fried in oil and mirin. finally, top with sesame oil and sesame seeds

    eat, and pass out cause it's so heavy

    im vegan. i just hit it with a drop of neutral oil, heat it, rub it down with paper towel, then water to get the excess oil off. i do this a few times until it "looks good" and that's p much it
