At least some of the allergenic proteins can broken down by pasteurization (heating). My son is allergic to raw apples and fresh pressed apple juice, but pasteurized juice is fine.

Sucks doesn't it. I once hurt my back by opening a zipper. Can't do that kind of thing anymore without warming up first I guess. Oh well, as my mom says, it's better than the alternative. If it's a typical strained muscle, just take it easy for a day or two, and then gradually increase normal activities. Walking is good. Even better on uneven terrain. It will pass. In the long run it's probably good to have a strength routine that exercises the back muscles.

No recommendation about brands (except that we don't like Whirlpool), but consider two normal sized fridges / freezers / fridge freezers side by side instead of a french door type fridge freezer, if you have space. Way cheaper, and can be independently replaced. If they're from the same manufacturer they can often be attached to each other. Make sure the door can be hinged on the other side on at least one of them.

It seems that this should be avoidable by various technical means, without interfering with the LLM itself. For example, a set of fingerprints can be generated for the token strings (pieces of lyrics) used during training. Then LLM ouput can be compared with these fingerprints, and ouput that is too similar in the legal sense can be discarded.

We had a scorching june followed by a cool and rainy late summer. Good crop of asparagus, and a record ribes harvest, some of which is turning into redcurrant wine as I write this. Tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers did not like the cool late summer, but we got a decent tomato crop even so. We got lots of apples too, and blackberries. Some grapes. Had a decent run of various leafy greens. The cabbage worms got theirs, as usual. Many a deer helped themselves. We finally defeated the ribes sawflies, which was nice (for us). Wife has PTSD from murdering slugs. Soon it's time to dig up the beets, parsnips, and jerusalem artichokes. I will do some mushroom farming indoors, while we wait for spring.

These are all fine to measure - by the team, for it to know how things are going. But once these measues become targets by higher ups, the cobra effect rears it's head. The measures are easy enough to game:

    • Deployment Frequency: Make deploys smaller, but less meaningful.
    • Lead Time for Changes: Make smaller changes, push them out with less QA.
    • Change Failure Rate: Manipulate issue severity, hide issues, or deploy smaller but less meaningful changes.
    • Time to Restore Service: Trigger service interruption through known issues, which can be quickly fixed.
