"Neko" means "cat", right? So it's a cat scan. Funny. Anyway, I hope they are successful. Automation will be key for health care in the West in the future.

I installed a new ventulation system in our house a couple of years ago. It came with a proprietary little touch screen thingy for controlling the system, but it also came with a booklet describing what every wire in the control connection and every connector on the motherboard did. Seems like a good way to do it.

One method: Whisk the eggs (with salt) in a bowl, then add the just-fried potatoes into the eggs and stir them in. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes before pouring the whole thing into a hot cast iron pan. Fry a short while on high heat, then a minute or two on low. Then flip the tortilla and repeat on the other side. Let it rest for a while before serving.

At least some of the allergenic proteins can broken down by pasteurization (heating). My son is allergic to raw apples and fresh pressed apple juice, but pasteurized juice is fine.

Sucks doesn't it. I once hurt my back by opening a zipper. Can't do that kind of thing anymore without warming up first I guess. Oh well, as my mom says, it's better than the alternative. If it's a typical strained muscle, just take it easy for a day or two, and then gradually increase normal activities. Walking is good. Even better on uneven terrain. It will pass. In the long run it's probably good to have a strength routine that exercises the back muscles.
