I would love to see them do more content similar to this. However if possible on a different channel, so that the content is consistent with the original theme of science.

Agreed, like their video "Is Reality Real?". However they seem to approach these other topics with a methodology based on facts. This short video was more of just a short story with no actual...

This short video was more of just a short story with no actual grounds. I think it would just be easier for the masses if the content was split, so you can pick and choose what's on your feed. Just my two cents.
Same. I get that that's an exercise in philosophy, and I've seen that story done before, and I loved how they've done it, however, this video, especially the beginning has cultish vibes to it,...

That said it reminds me of Yudkowski's idea that you should think about mistakes people done in the past as your own mistakes to avoid dismissing them as idiots. So you think to yourself "Ok, I made a mistake of reversing the Syberian rivers, why would I do that given the circumstances? and so on. Sometimes that helps.
This got me to decide to go back to Andy's writing site to read the original version of The Egg, and I ended up reading some of his other short stories for the first time. Highly recommend...

Something a little different from Kurzgesagt, an interpretation of the short story by Andy Weir, author of The Martian. I really like it.

Seconded. It's a lovely story, but it doesn't fit in with the normal content on that channel.

I absolutely love this story, and Kurzgesagt did such a phenomenal job animating and voicing it's characters.
What a fantastic and beautiful story and video :)
