    This was such a wholesome video and I've been following Alex's videos for a moment. Jacques Pépin seems way more laid back than I would have expected for a chef of his caliber. I'm blown away that he is nearly 90 and is still devoted to pursuing cooking. I hope I'm able to find myself able to do the same when I reach that age. :)
