Bon Appétit - Making Perfect - Season 1 (Pizza) Complete

This was a delightful series and well worth the watch, in my opinion.

My favourite bit is still Brad and Andy cold calling pizzerias trying to get them to tell what goes in their sauce. Unsurprisingly many pizzerias are reluctant to tell you how to steal their livelihood!

The Bon Appetit youtube channel is fast becoming one of my favorite sources of entertainment.

I realize there must be a ton of work involved behind the scenes, but they do a great job of creating a vibe like you’re hanging out in a family kitchen. All the various chefs seem to get along and enjoy each other’s company in a way that the celebrity chefs at Food Network very clearly do not.

I wish my actual workplace collaborated as well as these guys do (on camera at least).

I love the Bon Appetit team and their videos, but I swear to all the gods everytime they call a pizza a pie an Italian somewhere has a heart a attack.

This is a great series. The very human nature of the chefs makes it so much more interesting and accessible than a perfectly polished chef only showing the perfectly polished final product.
