ZA/UM should implode or face a coup. Kurvitz may be a bit of a prick (but not overboard even according to Kender/Kompus propaganda), but he created the world, wrote half of the dialogues, and in general defined the IP. Then there's Rostov and Hindpere. Without them, anything Elysium coming from ZA/UM would not be Disco, but a money-grabbing farce. Knowing people, they'd still buy it, rewarding this behavior. I'd rather see it burn and maybe open K+R+H to some sort of rebuild.
I think his lawsuit over the IP is still ongoing and I desperately hope he wins it. The idea that Kurvitz can just be robbed of his ownership of a world he build like this is downright tragic.

Everything that's happened with ZA/UM has been a tragedy befit one of Harry's blackouts.
I'd basically say "Not unexpected, but saddening."
Well, that’s a crying shame. Seems it was rough going but I would have loved to play it.
