Prey is 80% off on Steam. $7.99 CDN is an absolute steal for this masterpiece. It is the best immersive sim I have played. Period.

Most the quake con sale is pretty good. Most the games and bundles are within a few bucks of their all time low. The individual games are cheaper on Fanatical, they don't have an organized page for them or the bundles though.

I love P5R. It's incredible. P3R was also very good, and you don't need to play any of the previous games to get the gist of it either.

Escape Simulator is already a great deal at 10$, and the We Were Here games are always excellent. If you haven't gotten Escape Sim yet, it basically matches the historical low already, just make sure you change the price to pay!

I've been trying trying to figure out if it's worth grabbing, I really wantt he Ace Attourney games so I might end up grabbing them but -shrug-
Don't sleep on Ghost Trick either! I was pleasantly surprised how it made me invested in the plot's twists and turns from chapter to chapter. The gameplay is...unique, and sometimes either too easy and tedious, or can get confusing, and not quite as satisfying as Ace Attorney's adventure style gameplay that ties better into the mystery aspect, but it's an enjoyable ride after you get a few chapters into it
I'll second this recommendation! Played it this year for the first time. My only regret is that I got spoiled on a certain twist YEARS ago, but the rest of it kept me guessing. It's got its own fun goofy charm, and a pretty fun cast.

If anyone is wanting to revisit some old-school gaming horror, Aliens versus Predator Classic 2000 is 86% off on Steam, which is a new historical low and, with how high inflation has made regular prices, basically just pennies.
This was a legitimately scary game back in the day. No idea how it plays by modern standards.

I didn't see these but today's is Immortals Fenyx Rising for PS4 and Xbox One, if you're still playing on those systems it might be a good deal!
Gran Turismo 7 is a decent sim with dozens of shitty, aggravating design decisions meant to iNcReAsE eNgAgEmEnT that actively increase frustration and get in the way of things you want to do. I do not recommend at $10.

I've got to say, it's tremendously disappointing to have just seen this and the game that they are offering is your average junk bin annual sports title. But I guess at least it's a current-year one. That's good, right? I'll be up-to-date for another twenty-something days.

Tier 1 is GemCraft - Chasing Shadows and is easily worth it at that price. It's been a while since I've played it so I can't really give solid details about what I liked about it, but it got 30+ hours out of me. It's grindy in a good way.
