I’ve been using Playnite to manage all of my game libraries. Imports and syncs libraries from Steam, Epic, and others. Search, filter, and launch from there instead of having to check all of them separately and deal with their unique interfaces. The search and filtering options are extensive. There’s a bunch of plugins, including one to integrate HLTB data.

To help get anyone started, here's the short list of addons I use:
StartPage - Provides a streamlined, attractive start page instead of dropping straight into the full library list/grid. It's customizable, and by default has rows sorted by most-recently-played and most-recently-added. The background is a slightly blurred image relating to the most recently played game. Far from essential, I find using Playnite feel a lot more polished.
DuplicateHider - Not perfect, but does a good job consolidating entries for the same title in different libraries. With all of the bundles and Epic/Gog/Amazon/etc. free games, it's easy to accumulate games on multiple libraries, which show up as separate entries in Playnite (so they can be launched separately). This lets you consolidate down to only one displayed in listings. Also supports manual de-duplication for the things it misses in the automatic process.
HowLongToBeat - Pulls in data from HLTB for games as well as upload your playtime (I've not tried the latter)
SuccessStory - Achievement support. Integrates with Start Page
There's a bunch of others for various library support, extra metadata, themes, and functionality. It's worth browsing through the full Addon list

I’m personally prepping for our upcoming Backlog Burner in November and wanted to share this slick little app for navigating your Steam library.
It pulls your Steam library and pairs it with data from HowLongToBeat and ProtonDB. It then lets you filter your games using a bunch of different criteria similar to Steam’s built-in smart collections.
I find the inclusion of HLTB data to be invaluable, especially for something like the Backlog Burner, where I plan to prioritize shorter games.
It also has a feature where it will pull a random game for you. So, I could filter my library down to, say, UnplayedPlatformer games that are Beatable in Under Five Hours, and then have it choose one at random for me to play. I’ve used this here and there in the past, but I plan to make extensive use of it during the Backlog Burner. I like that it can take away the choice paralysis I sometimes get.
The app is nominally about the Deck, but there’s nothing Deck-necessary about it. It works with your whole Steam library, and I’ve already used it to filter and make choices about what to play on my laptop. It really is just a Steam library app with some Deck-focused branding.
