So it seems the phrase of the day isn't an actual game title nor a phrase said in the game?
Googling the solution doesn't really seem to find any one-to-one hits with the phrase, though I will admit that I've never played donkey kong country 2.

The instructions weren't completely clear that the only thing clickable is the on screen keyboard. I wanted to click on the places in the puzzle and then type a letter.
I think you might need a little more visual indication about where you can click.

The playfield consists of three components. From top to bottom they are:
The status indicators (which include the Category and remaining guesses)
The Phrase of the Day (POD)
The On Screen Keyboard (OSK)
Each gray tile in the Phrase of the Day represent a letter. The outlined rectangles are spaces and are not part of the puzzle.
Click or tap any key to guess a letter. If the letter you guessed exists in the phrase, all instances of that letter will be revealed. If the letter is not in the phrase, you'll lose a guess.
