There's too many fitness videos on Youtube, I can't decide which one to do

Youtube is flooding with very hot models all doing some pilates and yoga claiming you'll get big gains in no time at all.

I'm looking for a sincere, honest and non-flashy 20 to 30 min video that works both my core and bum region.

Hopefully some of you have had the time to dig through all of the weeds.

Caroline Girvan. She is very honest, no nonsense and super motivating. Highly recommend.

This is also who I came here to recommend. She started this during COVID so that people could do workouts with little to no equipment. Absolutely love her channel.

The videos are on YouTube, but you can use filters by using the site and choose workout time, equipment, which part to focus and more. I've been using their workouts for several years now.

Move with Nicole pilates is one of the greats. No faff, just straight into the workout, and it's always a good challenge. I also really appreciate that she doesn't talk excessively, instead just focuses on what you should be doing, while adding a bit of encouragement right when you're about to give up.

I will bet you that if you look on your healthcare provider's website you will find a page with links to videos that have been vetted or created by their physical therapists. I would suggest using this kind of source because a lot of the stuff that exists on social media (and I would include YouTube under this umbrella) tends to have some bad info mixed in with the good stuff.

Sure there are PTs and other physicians on social media, and some are going to give you great advice, but you generally don't have the tools to vet them and their statements yourself.

Zuska Light has been doing this for well over a decade, all bodyweight exercises you can do at home. Currently she's been hawking off some weird red light therapy stuff etc, but her workouts are still good.

Her YouTube has some free ones too along with the paid stuff at her site.
