Nothing will be a better rendition than the show, which deserved a final season.

Yea the first season was classic. The rest fell off gradually. It's hard to follow up on how incredible that first season was. It feels like they're trying to milk whatever is left of this series...

I still suspect the native America. Backstory episode was intended to be interspersed through the show like the other A/B/C plots. It would have made a lot more sense had it been.

Unfortunately you can tell that the people who knew why season 1 was great lost control from 2 onwards. I didn’t even bother with 3 after the first episode.

The later seasons are where it becomes more cyberpunk and neuromancer, which I absolutely adored. Dolores was incredibly annoying and exhausting as a character up until the third season. Edit:...

Edit: But, as @theRTV said, seasone one is a masterpiece.

I applaud them for keeping the show moving into be territory, but the third season felt muddied to me, and the new setting wasn't as interesting as the old one.

The second season was especially confusing because somehow I never saw the first season finale and I thought it was doing Memento flashbacks when it was really doing "remember this?" flashbacks.
