I lost the link but the testimony was ON POINT judge was like ‘and you knew how she felt while you were saying these things’ and he was just like ‘yep sure did and no I wont stop and they shouldn’t have came into my house like that in the first place’

Definitely one of my fav stories from the past couple years.

I hate that this happened to Afroman and his family, but how lucky we are to have someone who used their platform to expose the hypocrisy and tomfoolery of shitty police officers, including their destroying parts of his house and pulling a gun on his kids, and then crying in court because people made fun of them about cake. This disconnect is unreal. And he did this all while looking dapper in his USA suit! A true patriot.

Getting one of them to have to legally admit he doesn't know if afroman fucked his wife was very entertaining. (Because he can't know, it'd be hearsay at best ) The Streisand effect in action

Yeah it's just the sort of thing that makes me think they didn't do their prep with a lawyer. I'm sure they were upset about it, idk how they thought they'd win this.

I remember I bought one of his Officer Pound Cake t-shirts when this first happened. I never received it but chalked that up to the legal trouble and wrote off the money as a donation to his defense. Glad to see he's prevailed, because this was such an egregious case.
