I hate that this happened to Afroman and his family, but how lucky we are to have someone who used their platform to expose the hypocrisy and tomfoolery of shitty police officers, including their destroying parts of his house and pulling a gun on his kids, and then crying in court because people made fun of them about cake. This disconnect is unreal. And he did this all while looking dapper in his USA suit! A true patriot.

I think the cop was trying to establish emotional anguish, like that the song had put that doubt in his mind, but didn't realise he was undermining his case by admitting the claimed defamatory...
