I'm solidly in the ACAB camp but I can see a scenario where a public service might want to have an engaging presence on social media -- it can improve public relations and make it more likely for locals to follow them and be updated on relevant news. As far as "things that are bad about the cops and how money is used for them", this isn't high on the list.

Our local emergency management, fire, and to a lesser extent police departments do a good job of this sort of engagement. It means that people actually see the weather alerts on Facebook or understand what a Taco watch/Warning means (and thus what a tornado watch/warning means). It means people also see when there's an accident or fire where they're requesting people stay away from the area. Honestly they're really helpful overall
Should police departments be spending resources to "be engaging and interesting to [their] followers"?

What is ACAB? I’ve seen it around but never knew what is going on.
All Cops Are Bastards.
I used to always think it was "assigned cop at birth" when I saw it online for a while lmao
Oh got it. Quite the sentiment.
Clearly they need to switch to a public domain face, might I suggest Mickey Mouse?
I mean, I completely understand Lego making this request, but these photos are objectively excellent.
It's a shame we never saw one of those Lego Glocks in the possession of a suspect who had been minifigure'd.
The Glocks in question, for those out of the loop.
Thanks for adding valuable context!
I wondered how long this would take when I saw a screenshot of them using Lego heads. I think that was like 4-5 days ago.
Will they instead invest in a copy of MaskerAid?
