[SOLVED] Help me find a website
I remember seeing a fun website somewhere which was basically an isometric animation of a space station or something like that. It had a lot of tiles with a lot of fun stuff happening on it, it kinda had a "Where's Waldo" vibe. I think it had a number in it's name, like station42 or something like that. I can't find the website now. Does anyone remember what it is?

Yes, that's it, thank you!
Deliciously weird. I found Wolverine and Princess Leia making out in a bathroom
Edit: Legolas and Gimli trying to coax Shadowfax (with Gandalf riding) down a stairway. I have to stop now or this is going to go on all day.

I like this a lot, will return when not on mobile, it seems to crash on my old phone
Waldo is actually literally in there - and responds if you click on him 😄
Very neat! Aside from all the pop culture references, which I haven't looked at all of them, the first thing that I noticed is an almost complete lack of melanin. There are a handful I noticed: Storm from X-Men, Ruby Rhod from The Fifth Element, Chef from South Park, Morpheus from The Matrix, and then one reference I didn't get: a guy in Japanese martial arts get-up who looks like he's beatboxing. I'm sure there are a few more.
I'm not one normally who sees things like this right away, but it was so obvious this time, since almost all the characters were kinda pinkish. Just an observation.
Either way, still gonna go around and see how many of these references I understand.
The first things I noticed was the weirdly high amount of sexual situations / or sexualisations of characters...? Like, why is there such a high focus on sexual nudity or like sexual versions of outfits..?
Mind you I'm no pearl clutcher - I just find it confusing, like I'm missing something?
Edit: literally randomly swiped around and landed on this lol, like what the heck
That's a Matrix reference. I imagine that's how they'd handle bodily waste in their nonsensical, entropically unsound human battery scheme. That's an implication that I've never really seen explored before, but it does seem a bit gratuitous with all the rest.
Yeah I was put off a lot when I saw the Hermione upskirt part. Even if it's a reference to something, why did they have to choose THAT one. Why not any of the other multitudes of HP memes.
That and the transphobic "It's Ma'am" reference in the women's bathroom really soured me on this site. Which is a shame because it's a seriously cool looking project.
@fxgn @teaearlgraycold : how / when did you first hear about this?
From an 2022 HN thread
you can click on some of the elements
there is some gore, sex and nudity
there is a change log where one can step through with explanations
the genre can be called wimmelbilder (hidden picture)
I wonder, a thousands years from now, if this or other works like it, will be our century's Along The River During Qingming Festival (1085–1145) - a 5 meter long painting with hundreds of figures doing a wide variety of things which give some insight to interests of a certain bygone era
I think originally on Reddit years ago. And again on HN more recently. I dug up there URL by searching HN for “station”.
My favorite room so far is the one with lots of martial arts characters. Luffy vs Dhalsim was the match up I didn't know I needed.
Also Superman vs Homelander while One Punch Man watches eating an ice cream cone.
Blue ball machine on YTMND is so quaint by comparison!
