Bluesky is down (at least for me)

I noticed bluesky is down.

I haven't seen news about this yet so I wonder if it is just a temporary tech problem or a DOS.

I'm getting this error or an error about rate limiting:

Hmm, some kind of issue occurred when contacting the feed server. Please let the feed owner know about this issue.
Message from server: Upstream server responded with a 503 error

    Seems up for me but the app did think all of my notifications from a month ago were new. Hmm

    It's been fairly flaky when I've checked it from the UK today. When I first noticed roughly co-insides with the first spike of reports on down detector.

    So the site is for up for me (here in the DC area). Though I did note that clicking on some of my feeds briefly produced a "Forbidden" error message. But reloading made it go away. I am seeing...
