Not on the Enterprise end of the business they aren't. No Corporation in their right mind would use Google Cloud if they were insecure or accessed client information without their consent.

If they somehow did do that, and if was leaked, it wouldn't end with a news article + twitter outrage for a day.
Point of clarification: Google does not sell your data to advertisers. Google is an advertiser, and they use your data to improve ad targeting. Your data is never made available to third parties.

This is a very naïve view of how google operates. Google Cloud is not the same business as Google's B2C products.
