Make tags clickable

Tags: tags

When a post has tags, turn them into links that display all the posts with that tag from any branch.

Also, maybe put a tag cloud somewhere on the site.

      Indeed. And @amarok is currently working on much more thorough documentation for future mechanics, explaining the plans for tags/tag filtering, groups, trust/rep, etc.

I'm pretty sure that tags will be clickable and searchable and filterable. I do know that tags are intended to be linked to the group hierarchy: tagging something as "console" in the ~games group will put the post in the ~games.console subgroup (assuming that subgroup exists).
