LOL, the horn in my truck is so old and barely functional that it sounded like a meek little squeek. I laughed my ass off, definately improved my mood. Thanks for the suggestion.

I have a large catalouge of games I bought and never played on steam so I decided before I buy any more I'm going to plow through them (or at least give it the old college try).

A few noteable (to me) examples are I finished RAGE which was way more fun than it is given credit for but the sudden and abrupt end left me extremely annoyed.

I finished Superliminal and it seemed like a fever dream but I enjoyed it.

I tried Road 96 but it just wasn't for me.

I'm not sure why Prey (2017) was so highly praised because it bored me to tears.

Mad Max has possibly the most bafflingly stupid control scheme I have ever come across so it ruined the whole game for me.

A story about my uncle was weird in a good way and I've never heard anyone talk about it, more people need to check it out.

Home Front was ok-ish but also ended to abruptly.

and currently I am playing Driver San Francisco and Red Faction Guerilla.

Everyone says Driver SF is the best game in the series but honestly after you get over the neat jump into any car at any time mechanic the rest is just a generic driving game with a dumb plot. I don't hate it but I feel it's over hyped.

Red faction Guerilla is just cathartic the story is stupid but being able to just destroy everything is a great way to relieve stress.

I can confidently say I am in IT and this is not at all what we want. In fact I have been tasked with finding new ways around this microsoft account bullshit because we want all accounts on all machines to be local only. No one here wants to setup and manage 300 microsoft accounts for users who are barely competent enough to turn the pc on.

They don't care about the consumer at this point they have their market captive. Most companies are going to put up with this shit for way longer then they should and that will help drag microsoft along for another few years until they can find a new and interesting way to screw people over. At this point they only care (ever so slightly) about the business market. The consumers who still use them do so because they are either too ignorant or too apathetic to care and microsoft knows it. All this screeching and complaining will do fuck all to change anything. There will be, like always a new method to bypass this bullshit in time for those who still want to use microsoft for whatever stupid reason, but until large corporations start jumping ship it will never get better.

I actually like the fact the most games are short. I'm an old fart and I don't have a lot of time in the day between my wife, kids, or work to game. Short ones are easier to complete before I lose focus or interest and move on. My biggest complaint is not being able to find a replacement battery for it. Everything I do find always looks a bit sketchy or it "new old stock" so it's most assuredly bad by now.
