I took it to heart and stopped using it for a while and sure enough, my dry skin just resolved over a few months. Goat soap is the lesser of many evils but a soap-free cleanser that is slightly acidic won't ruin the skin barrier like soap will (regardless of how much nature-related imagery is on the bottle hahaha)
They don't foam up like usual soaps and are unscented, uncoloured etc which I think puts people off.

I have one paper per note and categorised by topic. I don't go back to them often enough to put too much effort into keeping things neat and tidy

My psychologist is becoming increasingly frustrated with my inability to chase down a psychiatrist, sent me a two page list of ADHD specialists several months ago, but I haven't called any because I'm skilled at putting tasks off for literal years.
It's entirely possible that ADHD is what is preventing me from getting a diagnosis of ADHD.

Oh for sure. There's pretty minimal variation on the bassline but a huge range of sound otherwise. Sets tend to blend into one another, it's pretty easy not to notice when the artists have switched over sometimes. It's made to take you on a journey, I find that 95% of people who enjoy psytrance enjoy it the most paired with a psychedelic. It can be a bit irritating otherwise

ETA: I actually don't enjoy listening to them day to day, just doesn't grab my attention in the way I like as it's very much drone, but in a way that I haven't seen otherwise. The live show on the other hand? Holy shit. Insane. Most intense gig I've ever experienced, just bone crushing sound. 10/10 would see them again

Most common one I see is a hetero non-monog couple where only the male partner is allowed to date the opposite sex. If the non-monog or poly situation arose because one partner found someone else before opening the relationship up, that's also a recipe for disaster.
ENM takes a lot of work and experience to get right. You may find it easier to connect with someone else who is also at the start of their journey, so you can sort of figure it out together. It's quite literally like trying to find your first job in a field where everyone wants 5+ years of experience haha

Not going to lie though, there's a bunch of us out there who have been burned by people who refer to themselves as ENM but are anything but ethical. There's a few common red flags that often come up quickly, and I'll immediately lose interest, so honestly I tend to mostly skip past these profiles now. Might explain why you're having a difficult time with it. Good luck

Yes it is. I guarantee the women in your life know most if not everything listed in this thread. I do not understand why a man needs to know the tricks we use to keep ourselves safe.
When I learned self defence no men were allowed in the area, didn't matter who they were. I feel the same way about discussions around women's safety.
I am well aware that it's not fair that men are by default seen as a potential threat (at least for me, I know many others who feel the same way) but you can't argue with statistics and past experiences of assault.
If the question were, 'what can I do personally to ensure the safety of my friends?' I would respond less defensively for sure.

I'm very much a casual player and I like that you can pick it up and put it down without forgetting where you're at. I love that there's heaps to do, as I often get bored of one thing and like to move to another. I played Skyrim essentially to skip around picking flowers and this is the same vibe

It's super cute and has elements from a variety of games - you can do little side missions, you can farm (including animals you befriend and take home), collect resources to craft items, and find hidden cats and sprites. There's no way to die, no enemies, just a peaceful and extensive world to explore. Might be a bit boring for some though lol

Trying to fix the antenna on the TV. Also I'm pretty sure I could replicate the noise of a dial up modem connecting to the internet.
Copying notes from a chalkboard or an overhead projector.
Reading the Sunday paper and watching the 7pm news, at a time when the only outside opinions were shared over the dinner table or in the opinions column of the newspaper.
The thing I miss most is just being in the moment without the distraction of technology. I love camping, gives me an excuse to switch off my phone and just enjoy chatting around the fire or staring into the flames. Always reminds me of good times.
This episode of Tox and the Hound about cases of bleeding associated with synthetic marijuana as a result of rodenticide contamination.
It's informative and very engaging!
Join Dan (@drusyniak) &Howard (@heshiegreshie) as they chat with Dr. Steve Aks as they talk about one of the more concerning toxicologic outbreaks in recent memory - the exposure to brodifacoum through synthetic cannabinoid use. Although still ongoing, this crisis highlights the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
