ku-fan I'll take this even further and say that I usually refrain from commenting unless I feel like it adds to the conversation knowing that it will bump the thread back up to the top of the Tildes feed...I often write and then delete without posting because I feel it adds nothing to the conversation

ku-fan For a lot of phones, you have to pay extra for that warranty, and it usually comes with a 'per incidence' fee as well.warranty period would cover putting genuine parts in for free

It's only shifting around if you're using something like Samsung or similar where they heavily modify Android. If you're using a device that sticks to the true intention of Android like the Pixel series then there hasn't been any change for toggling from sound to vibrate in quite some time. You just click up or down on the volume buttons and then you can click the button on screen to toggle sound/vibrate.

You're correct to be concerned about unknown browser extensions, but I think you stopped a little short in your research on this one.
The extension page for this literally says that it changes the search engine to Yahoo as well as adding a Recipe Search engine to the browser, and yes there is a website for it as well as a clearly stated privacy policy on their "official" website.
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/easy-print2/
https://easyprintapp.net/app/privacy-policy.html
IDK if the extension itself is safe or not, but just wanted to share there is more information about it than what you found.
