The caveat here is that as you can see on the release page, only 6 mobile devices are supported, ones which generally allow the most customisation to occur for this OS to exist.
LineageOS on the other hand can easily be regarded as a leap up away from stock OSes, and runs on thousands of devices in degrees of compatibility. Running stock without Gapps limits most tracking that's performed on you but it still has some low-level telemetry that so far cannot be stripped completely towards Google. If a normal user were just to install LineageOS, use a trusted VPN service whilst not making use of Gapps and only using Free Software, it's a hell of a step-up to keeping your privacy in-check if you don't wish for Google and its subsidiaries to know everything about you and what you do.So in short, they're nothing close purely based on the way they're built, the compatibility list, and target audience.
I should also make a sidenote: the upcoming Purism Librem 5 is a fantastic prospect for privacy, where you can choose to install up to 6 different operating systems all as free as the next one, without any cumbersome proprietary blobs breaching that.

Of the trilogy dropped over this month, I didn't feel this album as much as I did the other two right off the bat, but since it only just released I'm definitely going to re-listen over the coming weeks periodically. Now please do not get me messed up! This is in no way a bad album, it's still phenomenal in the line up and I'll see where I rank it in the coming weeks. :D I'm on the 🌊 and it's never felt better

I've, like most people, wanted to move away from what reddit has become or is yet to become, and absolutely adore open communities with serious and warranted discussion! As for me, I'm in my early 20s attending University for an IT-related degree, and have a side passion for the arts, music, painting / drawing, novels etc.. I'm really into tech, free-software, GNU/Linux and animation, tho don't let anyone know I adore anime because that'd be the worst hehe!

I got it on a special for around $180 and I can't say that I have...I'm using an Asus Zenwatch 3, and I'm waiting for AsteroidOS to be fully ready for it to make it run even better and more free. I got it on a special for around $180 and I can't say that I have any regrets tbh, decent battery life, doesn't suffer from the tire like the Moto 360 does, looks great and runs well, but I know it can run even better when not being encumbered by Google for sure. From everyone around me, I can imagine some Pebbles were really nifty devices for what they were, esp. the battery life! :D
Quite disappointing as ever, but at least Unravel 2 and Sea of Solitude were great.
