I love how the show has finally introduced an antagonist who is Rick's equal. Rick being such a Gary Stu was something I found very annoying. It was nice to see him fail for once.

I’m only still there to help moderate a subreddit I’m particularly passionate about, and because are a few subreddits that are worth subscribing to that you can’t find anywhere else, like r/gunners (a lot of Arsenal fan forums can be incredibly toxic, r/gunners is probably the least toxic one I’ve found). If both of those things are no longer true at some point, I’ll probably also delete.

I’ve definitely heavily withdrawn from reddit in the past few years, however. Gone are the days of modding ~30 large subreddits for hours a day doing my bit to help improve the site. I became disillusioned by the changes to reddit and quit the vast majority of the subreddits I was a moderator on.

One of my favourite things about this game is how well it (intentionally or unintentionally) catered for all types of players. The casuals could play offline races against each other on tracks which varied in difficulty. The more frequent players might venture into the online races. The hardcore players could attempt to find/use ultra shortcuts like the ones shown in order to beat world records. It truly was a game for everyone.

Same here. I find new reddit very inferior to old reddit + toolbox + RES for moderating on my large subreddits. I tried using the redesign when it first came out but I just found it so much harder...

I think at the moment, there isn't a clear need to have alts here, but as the site grows, alts will be used more frequently. As others have suggested, an "anonymity" button might be good, however on other sites this false sense of anonymity seems to make people more likely to abuse it, such as to send a nasty reply, or to harass a user. At this stage it would be easy to find and discipline these people, but as the site grows this could become more difficult.

As an Arsenal fan, I'm happy with this result for two reasons, one being Olivier Giroud. I'm pleased for him he managed to win a trophy, and now he's going to the World Cup. The other reason I'm happy is because I really don't like Mourinho, and it's nice to see the person talking about "specialists in failure" getting a taste of his own medicine.

If it wasn't for modding, I'd have probably spent all my time here recently. I'm loving this site, the best Reddit alternative I've seen since imzy (R.I.P). I sincerely hope this takes off.

Obviously, there are a lot of people new to the site in the last day or two. For all those people (and previous users too) - what are your early impressions? Anything you really like? Anything that's driving you nuts that I should try to fix very soon?

Honestly this looks like the best alternative to sites like Reddit that I've seen so far. It has the perfect simplicity that the site used to have (and that I miss from the site), it's easy to navigate, and easy to participate in discussions.

For suggestions, maybe adding an ~aww (or ~humor as I've seen in one of the posts) would be good. Also maybe adding the list of subs to the page once you click on the post, as it doesn't seem to be here while I type this.
