when you destroy the dream and wipe everybody out of existence. The game does give you one last look after you defeat the Nightmare, but it would be great to have that overview of the whole island.

It's not like they're really making any money off their old games anyway

It's bizarre corporate pandering, baked into international treaties pushed by the WIPO. And because it's international, it's democracyproof. Disgusting.

It wouldn't surprise me if most aerospace software packages take more than 20 years before they even make their first dollar.
Gamedev might work just fine with a duration of 10 years, or maybe even 5 years. If aerospace had a 5-year copyright duration it would completely and utterly collapse.
I'm not convinced that there's a single one-size-fits-all copyright duration that fits every industry and application, I think there needs to be some mechanism to vary it and there also needs to be different durations for different industries, if it's possible to do so without companies exploiting loopholes.
Looks like it's already been flagged for review. Won't be up long I imagine. Nintendo won't have to do anything - itch will probably preemptively bomb it specifically to avoid summoning the Disney...

I hypothetically wish I could get it, too. I hypothetically thought about downloading it to my hypothetical phone but I hypothetically figured I'd hypothetically do it when I got to my hypothetical computer but it was non-hypothetically removed before I could hypothetically open it on my hypothetical computer.
Edit: my hypothetical wish was also hypothetically fulfilled. Hypothetically.
I wonder what my life could have been like under hypothetical circumstances similar to yours... Edit: I've moved on to wonder about different things 🙂

Copyright for anything shouldn't last more than 20 years.

-joke- Disney Lawyers are now working for Nintendo??
Typo on my part but I do find it quite fun that I so easily swapped out one hyper-litigious legal department with another without noticing.
It has been bonked. I have it on my phone and made sure I got it while I was at work.
Damn, wasn't fast enough, missed it.
I snagged it before it was taken down, feel free to DM me! Not sure if the admin would appreciate me sharing it openly or not.

Hypothetically, this was exactly the thought process I hypothetically went through as well. Hypothetically, of course.

The remake is easily the best version of links awakening, the QoL changes like 4 equipped items is really nice and in general it feels really snappy.
