Elevator pitch (afaict based on trailers and some previous closed betas): you’re crewing a space ship that jumps from sector to sector, blowing up other ships and scavenging for resources on foot. It’s a lighthearted action game that smoothly transitions between space and ground combat.
Did you see the LFG thread the other day? I might see if others there want to try this game out sometime this week, currently has people from most of the US time zones and a few from CET.
I'm sure there'll be a lot of folks just idling around in the steam community page (or the lobbies, if they're implemented) in case that's of interest! No need to BYOF (bring your own friends) :3

Sci-fi FPS meets space combat sim is a mash up of two of my favorite genres and and instant try for me. Being solo player friendly is just icing on the cake as I can play without the guilt of abandoning my team/wasting their time when life gets in the way.
FYI, you should be able to start game installs when logged into Steam from a browser or elsewhere, assuming the device you want to install the game on is actively running Steam and connected to...

I let my PCs sleep, so I have to connect to my router to kick off a wake on lan request, then remote in to change the suspend setting + start the download.

Maybe they've changed this? It was such a visceral turn off for me that I didn't go back to the alpha after.

Okay, now what about the aileron pitch? ;-)
Sounds like a fun game… if I had friends. hehe

Clearly forbidden as a war crime by galactic convention
War crime... against robots?
Synthetics are people too
