Huh, I've never thought about that. People modding games to make porn isn't a new phenomena, but the practice of having NPCs (or PCs) be basically a persona of a famous actor like Keanu is in Cyberpunk, or Norman Reedus in Death Stranding puts a new spin on things. Celebrities usually are quite strict on having control over how their likeness is portrayed, and porn is probably not in their agreement with the developer!
On a practical level, just like deepfake porn, not sure there's really much you can do about it, though.
Coincidentally I have been looking for a retirement present for a coworker and the idea of 3D printing Norman Reedus and Keanu Reeves in a hot tub together sounds like the perfect present.

Technological advances just make it easier to present and share those perversions with everyone else, just like every other imaginative human endeavor.

It's kind of our inevitable future. Don't sign on for modelling video games if you don't want people to re-use your models in unsavory ways?
You don't even need to sign on for modelling in a video game for something like this to happen, with ML becoming usable by the general public.
The company I work for has been running ads using ML generated faces for years, mainly because of licensing issues.
