My only issue with it is the same issue I have with games like this, and it's totally on me... I'm not very imaginative/creative so I quickly hit a wall with these games or stop playing do the paralysis from all the options

Every day I'll do 20 minutes of Tabata on the bike in the morning
Every other day I'll use my lunch break to do PPL, just got a new flat bench for the garage gym so I'm excited to start that.
Prior to this I was just doing random bike rides and starting strength but SS really fucked me up, your weight increases so fast and I didn't notice how bad my form was getting until I couldn't walk anymore.
PPL has been great though so far!

About a year before the war they moved from NY to St. Petersburg. Saw him a few times and nothing too unusual and he still held the same views.
A few months into the Ukraine war I can hardly recognize the guy, my old friend. The propaganda is so heavy and so constant, to him and his wife Ukraine is the most corrupt country on earth second only to any nation that's a part of NATO. The deaths of innocent people that once upset him on the whole makes him happy as long as they are Ukrainian.
Propaganda is so fucking scary and dangerous, and at this point I just wish I could have my friend bacj
