Can't say I'm surprised. Consider it another point on the I-probably-should-get-tested list. I did waffle a bit on my answer to the question about someone giving you unclear instructions. I ended up selecting the "quietly distressed" option, but, if I am comfortable with the person, I would ask for clarification once. If the second response was still unclear, I would then fall in the quietly distressed camp as it would feel inappropriate to ask again. Kind of like asking someone to repeat themselves when you didn't hear them, and just smiling and nodding if you still can't make out what they said

People in our (rather large) sax section kept telling me would be cool to have a sax group... Random strangers kept telling me it would be cool to have a sax group... like, okay? Maybe y'all should put together a sax group, then? But no, nothing happened until I gave in and organized one last year. Now I'm organizing a group for this year. I don't even play a lead instrument.
(I grumble, but it is a lot of fun. Just feels like hearding cats sometimes)

They like to have a candy sucker or piece of gum in the afternoons and really savor the heck out of it. The accompanying noises make me want to pull my hair out. I can't wear noise canceling headphones due to the nature of my job and it's wrecking me. Like your situation, no one else seems to notice

One of my book club friends recommended the Netflix show but mentioned that she wished she had read the book first, so in the queue it went. It's the second book in a series, so I read The Secret of Chimneys first. I enjoyed Chimneys but it didn't blow my mind or anything. Seven Dials, however, surprised me with just how funny it was. I'm used to some humor in Christie's books, but this one was chock-full of dry humor and satire about the British elite and I really enjoyed it. Bundle's conversations with her father literally had me laughing out loud.
As with many Christie mysteries, your chances of completely solving the mystery are low since the author saves the juiciest tidbits for the reveal, but it's a fun ride and she is generous enough with clues that you can at least pick up on most of the twists.

I don't think they have a headphone port, but they are small, wired, and have a volume knob that also functions as an off switch. I have some and they work fine when I use them, but I usually default to wired headphones so it would depend on your use case. They look nice and fit under the shelf on my desk, which was my primary requirement when speaker shopping

The suggested challenges are to read one book a month, one a week, or two a week (I would love it if they added something between one a month and one a week - there's a big difference between 12 books per year vs 52). I loosely aim for 52, but won't stress if I don't quite make it.
It has definitely encouraged me to branch out from my usual genres, especially for the more quirky prompts. Part of the fun is figuring out what categories a book fits under and shuffling them around on my spreadsheet if I read something that fits a prompt better. This year's list has some classic ones like fantasy, memoir, and beach read, but also includes stuff like "has a snake on the cover" or "title contains an element from the periodic table." Some prompts are decidedly not my preference, but I'll never hit 104 so I have plenty of room to pick and choose.

I'm very fond of Monster Hunter Stories and especially Monster Hunter Stories 2. You don't need to play the first for 2 to make sense. They're available on PC, but are an excellent handheld experience and I prefer the switch versions. Luigi's Mansion 3 is also lovely

I've recently started using Khan Academy to work through some subjects I'm interested in, and I'm trying to be a bit more mindful about directing myself there when I'm teetering on the edge of doomscroll mode. I also have a habit of digging super deep into amazon or other online store reviews when I get interested in a new item, even if it isn't something I actually intend to purchase. It's just nice to know things about things
Edit: I also stumbled across the PBS Eons channel on Youtube a few days ago and I'm absolutely obsessed

I use a silicone bread sling to make it easier to lower the dough into the preheated dutch oven, but it only protects the bottom. Honestly, my bread doesn't usually reach the sides of the pot, which at 5 quarts is admittedly overkill for most home breads. Finding a smaller recipe or scaling it down might help, or using a larger dutch oven if you have access to one.
A very vibrant lemon. I'm learning how to use soft pastels from youtube tutorials (shoutout to Alain Picard for the lemon lesson). I've always been drawn to the loose, broken lined, and heavily textured style (which I've learned is called "painterly") that is possible with the medium. I'm struggling a bit because most of my drawing experience prior to this involved trying to replicate what I'm referencing exactly, so I feel like my attempts at intentional imprecision (for lack of a better word) don't look very authentic yet. Hoping it improves with practice but I'm having fun making a mess in the meantime
