Pretty much anything by the band Badbadnotgood. Maserati is another solid instrumental band. Though more uptempo. Thomas Barrandon is also killer.

I think the sax part was played by the guy from "I Still Believe" from the hit movie, "The Lost Boys." Out now on VHS and Betamax.

You ever checked out Le Cassette? It's a lil more down-tempo fan a lot of synthwave but the vocals are decent. Lil corny, but in that fun 80's way.

I turn 40 this year and all my friends are gone, and I have no idea how to make new ones with similar interests.

I'd kill a baby just to meet someone with similar music tastes that ALSO like to lay around, drop acid, and talk about nothing.

My whole state is just people who hike with their dogs and drink craft beer. Whatever happened to the "indoor kids"?

I'll stop there. I don't really listen to anything on the radio or TV, so I feel like my entire existence is underrated bands. It's so much more satisfying digging for good music that should be heard, rather than being exposed to music that's already being heard.

York Beach is a cool spot to stop at on the way.
Portsmouth, NH is a yuppie shithole, but the park is pretty and as far as tourist traps go, some folks love Strawberry Banke Museum.

Salem, MA lacks the charm it used to have, but the House of Seven Gables there is still pretty cool.

The Kancamagus highway is also a killer scenic drive through mainland New Hampshire. It's got a few cool stops to hike around at, if you're into that.

Came here to say this, for all the same reasons.

This was the first (and possibly only) video game that felt like it was made just for me. It had my sense of humor and my musical "style" as a 12 year old kid. At that age not a lot of things resonate, but Earthbound did.

It's also been wild over the years watching it go from this totally unknown game, to a secret classic, to a cult classic, to so many younger generations finding it later on.
