Got the Dark Souls 3 DLCs yesterday, so I'm currently playing through that.

Completed Fires of Ariandel (except for the Friede fight, from what I've seen and heard it's pretty difficult, so I'm scared) and have started the Ringed city. Made it to the Demon price fight and got my ass kicked. First phase is manageable without using too many heals, thanks tot he help of Gael and Lapp, second phase not so much. Got it down below half health multiple times though, so If I try a bit more, I might be able to do it.

It's pretty fun so far. I love DS3 and these DLCs feel like a great addition. I'm obviously not going in blind, as I have seen the bosses in various Challenge runs I've seen on YT, but going in blind wasn't one of my concerns, as I am mainly here for the combat and the bosses (and to have an excuse to play more DS3).

Weapon-wise I've also found some cool stuff, like the weapons of those big Viking-Knights in Ariandel or the halberd (that's called a Greatsword for some reason) the Trader at the beginning of Drang Heap sells. My favorite so far is the Millwood Battle Axe, because of its weapon art. It might seem like a normal war cry at first, but when you actually do it, it's way better than that. Instead of the normal "HOOAAHH!!" you do two little hops forward into a "HUUAAHH!". Other than that it is the same though.

I started En Garde yesterday. It's pretty challenging, but also fun. I'm having a bit of trouble with groups and the Bosses at the end of each chapter, but Nothing i couldn't get through so far. I did have to change the Difficulty from medium/normal to easy on the third boss though. The game doesn't take it self to seriously, which i really like.

It's just the name i use pretty much everywhere (except in games where it is the name of the character, there i usually just go for Phoenix). I created it forever ago as a mix of the names of two youtubers I liked watching (neither of which i watch today) and a random number. And the most random number I could come up with was 28. And i just stuck with it.

There might be better ones, but i'm happy with it.

I usually finish every Game i play. There is only very rare situations which lead to me abandoning a Game, for example the Game frustrating me too much or me simply not enjoying the Game. I also only rarely buy Games and if i do, it's mostly some Indie Rouge-likes, where "completing" is often just unlocking everything, which either doesn't take too long or forever (looking at you Binding of Isaac).

I was once exploring Hyrule Castle in BOTW and on one there was a Door frame or something that wasn't loaded properly and I tried standing on it. Link started a falling Animation and suddenly i was out of bounds. I even found a sword there and was confused for a second, until i realized it was the sword from the Lizalfos i killed right before that. And while exploring down there Link suddenly started to float up, because there was Water there. I've also tried to get in bounds again, but couldn't figure out how. i think i just ended up teleporting out.

Farum Azula in Elden Ring. First of all, you can fall down pretty much everywhere, secondly there are annoying enemies like Banished Knights, Beastmen and Dragons. Then there is also the "bird section", where you have to run through a bunch of very aggressive, hard to hit and hard-hitting birds, while a dragon tries to strike you with lightning.

And Lastly the bosses. I'll say it straight up, the best boss of that area is Placidusax, the Dragonlord. The other bosses are the Godskin Duo, the arguably worst boss in the game and Maliketh, one of the Bosses I struggle the most with.

Godskin Duo is bad because it isn't your classic duo fight, where you kill both and are done, no you have to kill both multiple times until the Bossbar is empty. Even that would be fine, if it were actually fun Bosses to fight. But they aren't. You have the Godskin fat- I mean Noble who feels like he has more range with his Sword, than I have with a Bow and who also has an annoying Rolling attack in the second phase, where you can either lock on and run in a circle, causing him to roll around you or hide behind a pillar and pray to Marika that he gets stuck o it, because otherwise, there is a high chance that you are dead. And then there is the Godskin Apostle. He is a generally fine boss, but in combination with the Noble he is just a pain in the ass. But at least he doesn't have a rolling attack. Thank Marika for Sleep Pots, they make the fight a bit less annoying.

As For Maliketh, ehre is is mostly my Skill issue. His phase one attack are hard for me to dodge and if i make it to phase two, where i have a bit of an easier time dodging, i might not have that much healing left. At the beginning he will rush towards you and the outer egdes of the arena are a cliff, that if you fall down you die, so if you want to buff up in the arena, because you don't want to kill the draconic tree sentinel infront of the arena, there is a good chance that he'll either push you off or that you roll off trying to dodge his attacks. Your best course of action is to run in go from there. Killing the Draconic tree sentinel in front of the arena is an option too and it would let you buff outside (if you need that). Plus it prevents it from attacking you when you are in the arena, because for some reason it can do that. And if you want to use spirit summons, i wouldn't recommend doing that right as you enter, because, as i said he will likely rush you (except for the first time you fight him).

I have beaten this game 3 times.

I've bought Deep Rock Galactic so far. Haven't played it enough to really give an opinion on it right now though. I'm not sure if I'll get more, but maybe something catches my interest.

Brotato. It's an Arena-Survival Rogue-like (-lite? I'm never sure what is what), where you are a Potato that crashed on an Alien world and has to fight off Hordes of Aliens. To do so he can carry up to 6 Weapons (on all but two characters, one can carry 12 and one can only carry 1) and has access to a Shop after each wave to buy Upgrades.

According to the Steam Page a run is doable in 30 minutes or less, although i can't confirm or deny this, since I don't stop time when doing a run. There is a Good amount of Characters, each with their own advantages and disadvantages as well as a ton of weapons ranging from Swords and Spears over Crossbows, Wands and Shotguns to Lasers, Potato-Cannons and Oblitarators.

It also left Early Access with its 1.0 Update less than a week ago and is probably the most fun I've had for only 5€.

Edit: okay read the spoilers and I'm not really sure what it would say about me. Oranges makes sort of sense, since they are a fruit and i like fruits, but I'm not sure if that says anything about my personality. As for fire, it can be associated with anger and i am someone that tends to get angry quickly when something doesn't work the way i want it to, after trying a for a while (does this sentence make sense?).

Beating dark souls 3. I've struggled with Lorian and lothric for at least half a year (although i didn't play the game for most of that time), but a few weeks ago i went back, adjusted my build and after a few tries i finally beat them. And then i was a bit surprised when the final boss fell on the second try. Especially since i only got his first phase to 50% hp on the first try.

Another one would be finishing all the Elden Ring steam achievements. Elden lord was the last one. I do have to admit that I haven't beaten eldenbeast solo yet. in all 3 of my playthroughs i had to summon someone to help, because it killed me relativley quickly everytime. Radagon wasn't really a problem most of the time.

On the Switch: Tears of the kingdom. Enjoying it a lot. i have technically beaten it already, but i'm going for 100% and that will take a bit. I love all the stupid things you can build/do in that game. And the best part is, that even though it is more or less the same map as BOTW, they added/changed enough that it was fun to rediscover everything.

On PC, Elden Ring for like the 5th time, Botato and Sekiro.

Elden Ring: I still have fun even after replaying it a bunch of times in a row. Possibly even more than before, because i got better. I wouldn't say good yet, but definitely better.

Brotato: Fun little arena survial game about potatoes that can wield up t o6 weapons (in most cases) at once. You fight a wave, get material to use in the shop for upgrades, use those upgrades to help you survive the next wave. It's pretty fun and will soon leave early access and go into full release, but the beta for the 1.0 update is already playable, so i've been doing just that.

Sekiro: I'm not that far, but so far i'm enjoying it. Currently stuck on that horse riding boss dude and i'll have to figure out how to kill him, but i'll do that when i feel like it.
