    Unfortunately I read the article. Nothing terrible, just smells like they need adclicks. And surprise, people online can be terrible human beings. Didn't we know that in 1999? Everyone I heard on counter strike 1.6 was inventing new horrible things to say to each other.

    I've been having a blast going through the abandonware website. Currently playing history channels civil war. Which is a literal og call of duty. Just sillier. Also finally played the Riddick...

    I didn't realize he doesn't own the majority of t tower, apparently just the 5th and 56th floors and concessions on the ground floor. A not small portion being owned by Russian citizens.

    They went in big on 10 percent of their budget, but I doubt that was for mining alone.

    That's the rub, no one thought reddit would literally replace Google when it comes to recommending stuff and take over search. But I would have loved to be a fly on the wall of digg 4.0 or whatever they hyped as. The idea of web 2.0 was just advertising for advertisers.

    More than anything, isp monopolies have held back gigabyte speeds and infrastructure. Remember when you could have a tiny home server and host your own website. I thought https would fix that? But...

But obviously I have no idea what I'm talking about. I imagine hyper aware browser malware detection keeps most of any idea of a home server null and void.
