I usually do about 30 min of cardio then following that up with resistance training on weight machines for 30 min. Over a week I'm hitting every machine twice to get as many muscles as possible. I don't do any free weights though and I'm starting to look into adding those to my weekly routine. I think by excluding free weights I'm missing out on some good excercises I could be doing.

I've tried the machine with the pulleys to add some extra exercises, but I feel I'm too light at 140lbs to get a good workout when I'm pulling about the same weight which is why I've been sticking to the weight machines.

Is there a good resource for free weights excercises somewhere?

Ah yes, the two genders: white male and political.

I think I've seen similar ads on YouTube recently for some anti trans movie. I didn't pay enough attention beyond hearing the dog whistles and then reporting it and trying to block it. I still say it again afterwards, so I've just been going to YouTube less and less.

I'm not surprised about twitter, it's been reinstating accounts for bad actors since elmo bought it, so making ads full of hate speech unblockable should be expected. I'm guessing they may have instead just introduced a new tier of ad buys where companies can pay more money to make their ads unblockable. With how many companies have pulled their ads from twitter, I'm not surprised they needed to find a way to make more money with the ever dwindling number of companies willing to buy ads space on the flailing social media website.

I don't think Casa Bonita is open to the general public yet. I went there a few weeks ago, and the food was good, but I agree that's not why you go. It was fun to wander around and see some of the shows. I have to admit the cliff divers were the best part! Also you can get your picture taken with Cartman from Southpark if that's your thing (it was for me lol)

I just checked their website and they are still taking email addresses for a waiting list so I don't think you can just go there quite yet. Also, it's probably more fun for kids.

Denver has a ton of breweries, I highly recommend touring a few. Also, Prost off of Broadway is great for Germain food and a beer.

Anyway, does the show have plenty of abstract weirdness mixed with the mundanity of "I gotta work this boring job to make rent"

I think the comic was largely done by Nat Allegri, who also did a good amount of the art for Adventure Time way back.

I know they're doing this to try and see if it can garner a large following and become the next Twitter. Maybe I'm just jaded from all the services google spins up only to kill off a few years later.

Depending on the frequency and time of day, the radio waves will propagate differently and "skip" through the ionosphere. The HF bands include a good amount of the shortwave frequencies so it may help to even check what the LUF and MUF are estimated at in order to help focus on a frequency range to listen in on. You can pick up stations from thousands of miles away or you may even pick up something from a repeater.

I've given up that I'll ever retire. I'm saving plenty of money to my 401k, but I know as I get older, the likelihood increases dramatically of me or my spouse needing to go to the hospital. That hospital trip could eat through all of my savings even with insurance and I've come to just accept it and enjoy today while saving money for rainy days.

Both are great games that are probably best for bundling with exercise or reading an audio book.

There is no such thing as a good landlord. They intend to make passive money not based on the services they provide but what they think they can get away with for rent.

To find the least bad landlord, I've found that large conglomerates should be avoided. They often employ people who. just. don't. care. The landlord "who owns a few properties" is preferable for me as they are typically invested with keeping their tenants.

I've had both, and the absolute worst situation is needing something fixed and they either ignore your request or don't fix it correctly. It made me feel so powerless when I had a broken window and they first ignored my requests for a few days. Then they said they fixed it (they didn't!) Then finally, after a month, they fixed it... poorly. I was getting bugs entering the apartment because the didn't bother to caulk half the window and the gap was big enough for my hand to fit through.

I visit them twice a year, but that is when I lived within a hour drive from them. I recently moved pretty far away so I'm not sure how often I'll end up visiting them. They never really seemed interested in me or they are so tied up with their own issues that I'm a distraction from the fires they have to constantly put out in their own lives.

I don't have much to say about your other questions. It's been a long time since I was in the same place as where you are so I've just integrated what is gender affirming into my day to day life without thinking about it much.

Absolutely "noscript", which even works in the vanilla android Firefox. After browsing the internet with that on, I have a hard time ever going back to letting every random website use Java script to their hearts content. It's to the point where I'll never consider using an Iphone purely because you can't install extensions on Firefox in the walled garden.

Unlock origin also feels mandatory for most websites these days when ads are often a vector for malware.

As someone who wants a dark mode on literally everything, "darkreader" is amazing for making every website have a dark mode. It can be wonky sometimes when it tries to invert the colors around images with transparency. Also, I think the little icon for it is supposed to be Darth Vader!
