I just got way less tolerant of his screaming and he would wake me up.
That being said, there was a part of my life that was very dark and I lived on Markiplier and Anthony Bourdain. So he’s very close to my heart.
Lots of nostalgia for the five nights at freddys series.

I just want to find more chill options that don’t do any over the top screaming. Preferably some that need a boost and are lesser known.
I’ll contribute my own to get started. Her name is Hula Noob and she’s very chill, lots of dialogue and commentary which I like.
I do know about Gab too. Though she’s a little more diversified. Which is fine.

I don’t know about your partner but it’s always been a texture thing to me. I hated the “mushy” crunch that vegetables always seemed to have. That’s probably the best way I can explain it.
My wife’s strategy was to sneak things into recipes where I wouldn’t suspect there were vegetables. Even made a hot sauce with squash one time and I had no idea. Probably still the best hot sauce I’ve ever had.
I guess I’m saying all of this to try and give you hope that anyone can enjoy vegetables if you ease them in and get rid of as many pain points around them as possible.

Why not just go with a CSS framework? I use Fomantic CSS which is a fork of Semantic CSS. Kind of takes the hard work out of laying out UI with consistent styling.

I use Tailscale as a VPN to my workstation and run the models on that. Then I use Sillytavern locally on my laptop and just connect it to my workstation endpoint.
I also use TogetherAI and Mancer from time to time.

Secondary to that, I use chatGPT to get myself out of a rut in programming situations as I am in charge of developing a pretty hefty ERP(the business term) essentially by myself. It usually does pretty well after some guidance and correction.

You can usually get it prepared with some kind of additive if you request it. Like I’ve gotten it with some lime and it was pretty solid.
But I’m fortunate enough to like plainish carbonated water on occasion so it’s easier for me. Particularly mineral waters like Topo Chico.

Not gonna go into detail there, but I found that I naturally suppressed the Southern accent.
It would only come out when I was excited or angry.
I never put effort into changing my accent. I would just sort of “adopt” the accent of the people around me. On the rare occasion I bumped into another southerner, I’d lean back into my natural accent again.
Now when I moved back, people would tell me I had a “neutral” accent and I didn’t sound like I was from somewhere in particular.
Just my experience and I hope it can be helpful to you.

So much so, that once I realized the room I was in, I saw the first wave of pod infectors coming out and I turned the game off and wouldn’t play it for months. That fleshy murmur was so unsettling. I only continued when I did co op with a friend who was braver than me.

It is a newer BL460C blade server. Price was $475. So there’s a little bit of a discount there as I’m slotted in with a few other people and there’s a little bit higher risk since they can’t operate without an enclosure. I believe this is a 4 server enclosure. But it doesn’t bother me.
As far as replacement parts, my provider usually keeps some in stock and will swap out for a price and the only major failures I’ve ever had are hard drives. I’ve had a power edge 630 and 730 colo’d with this company as well. Both of which are at my place of employment now enjoying their retirement.
I should mention I lucked out a little on providers and mine is very small. One owner with a few support staff who is very honest and readily available on discord. Kind of has a family vibe. Definitely not typical.

Honestly, this is why I colo. $80 a month and I have a 36 core 72 thread, 512GB RAM behemoth running proxmox that I don’t have to share with anyone.
I don’t think it’s practical for everyone, obviously. But with the pricing and the gimmicks VPS providers use and knowing the margin, I prefer to self host with colocation for a little more.
About the only “big” name I’ve been consistently happy with is hetzner. But only with the caveat that you can support yourself. They don’t have the most responsive support.
