    After a long time not exercising, I have just been doing 30 mins cardio on the elliptical machine in the morning. It is so noticeable how much better I feel mentally on days when I do this.

    Only because it hasn’t been mentioned in the thread that I can see - this seems to be based off of an older game called Real Lives. Played it a lot as a kid.
