As written, I would interpret this to mean at equal calories consumed, the ultra-processed diet will result in weight gain whereas this study shows that when presented with excess calories, people in the ultra-processed diet arm would choose to eat more.

    Edit: At the price it's offered. If it was ~2.99/month, then I'd probably get it.

    Easily at least a week (after that it depends on your food safety tolerances, for me I've used it for a month or so and it tasted fine). You can also easily scale this down to a half batch. I...

    I would recommend making it in a squeeze bottle, so it's easy to shake up and dispense.
