In both scenarios I feel they will decline, but one is swift (they need war to fuel their inner oppression) and the other is the one we've seen before where there are talks and money being poured into the country, demilitarization and then after a few years of a hopeful future they'll do a rug pull and blame SK for being untrustworthy again.

I'm curious as I'd be possibly interested in a solution that works for me. I'd be looking at devices (mainly a robot vacuum cleaner) that are able to operate without a mandatory internet connection that send over data to a datacenter to collect your information without your explicit knowledge (nearly everyone just clicks 'accept' when reading the ToS after purchase).

Slapping a 'Misinformation'-label onto something could be seen as a sign to skip whatever that person has to say.

People are undervalued for all the labor we put into things and it's been going the way of the slow boiling frog since the end of WW2. The concentration of wealth in the hands of the few is a crime against humanity and the exploitation that comes with is downright humiliating to everyone who defends it.

Although sadly the level of education is dwindling more and more as US policy makers seems to be more interested in banning anything that might give people the idea anything else but the American dream is a possibility rather than giving people the means to think freely for themselves.
I agree with @DefinitelyNotAFae here that the cause is hardly addressed and people like flashy solutions more than the dealing with the human aspect. You know, putting an arm around someone who's in distress about bigger subjects and hearing them out without prejudice. (Which costs a lot less than a drone system on every campus).

I'm curious though, because it feels like they'll eventually narrow down the pricing to be slightly higher than what a human would cost fulfilling a similar function right? That's the cut-off point when deciding the price, that's where there profits start working. Or am I missing something?
They wouldn't offer a cheaper service because that would A) put a ton of people out of work and B) they'd miss out on profit.

If you cannot play them because "lol it looks old", please look at all the retro-inspired 8bit games that reach critical mass, Terraria selling over 10million copies, Shovel Knight also doing incredibly well. If you want to play Halo CE, play Halo CE.
To sidestep games a little bit, the same can be said for movies. There was absolutely no reason to remake the Lion King or Lilo and Stitch (and a lot of other movies).
My take is that investors and board directors just want safe investments because they know there is a market that appreciates a new product for that IP. As long as people purchase it, they will keep doing this.
It kills creativity and originality and I think we lose something as humanity for it. Maybe I'm becoming an old whiny bitch at this point, and I'm certainly not saying "back in my day things used to be better". But there is something to be said against constantly rehashing, rereleasing, remasters, rebooting and regurgitating barely aged products, give them a new lick of paint and rake in billions and claim victory.

Just as access to clean water, shelter and access to food. Work should be the thing you do to return the favor for all the good that you benefit from, not the other way around. Nobody is entitled to your labor. Valuating healthcare shouldn't happen on a spreadsheet. People are actively suffering or even dying and to put medication into a formula that says whether or not its worth it to cover is a bad practice, maybe expensive, but that depends on the companies you deal with to provide you those meds. Which ties in directly to corporate greed and shareholder return-on-investments. I'm sorry to say, but capitalism is to blame for a lot of things. Sure it has given us certain prosperity but always at the cost of something or some place far away where it doesn't bother us. Your insuline can be made for cheap, a scummy bastard saying 'it's just business', might not be wrong, but is morally and ethically. If we stop caring about each other and believe profit is the main reason for our existence and feels justified in this short life, humanity still has a long way to go.

That said, I feel there is always the argument to be had to be weary of deification of a person. If we are to be equal, no one can be above others, despite some having a more meaningful contribution to you personally.
Billionaires inherently have found a means to extract a lot of wealth from the populous. You can call that success, you can call it opportunism, but we as a democratic society can make meaningful changes through elections and decide what is and isn't beneficial to us as a whole. I am of the belief that one person should not own so much wealth that you couldn't possibly earn that much in over 25.000 lifetimes. The balance is gone. To restore that balance I will argue that the taxation of the rich will do more good for everyone. Think free healthcare, affordable housing, free public transportation, free education etc. Even with those changes there is plenty opportunity to distinguish oneself through hard work and afford luxuries. It just alleviates the pressure on the poor, the sick and the uneducated to feel left behind and have such a big wealth disparity between people.

If her business can cover the cost of the shows, travel, personnel and everything to make it possible and she can have a 2nd multi-million dollar house I believe anything over is wasted on her and could rationally find a more meaningful purpose (e.g. solving diseases, feeding the hungry, housing the poor).
I don't want to discredit her as an artist, I don't care about that aspect of it. Hell if she was Jane Goodall I'd still say the same thing.

Through music deals, merch and other means she has setup a business that is very profitable. Is she in it to spread her love for music? Or does she make music to be successful? Would she still be making music if it made her 100k a year?
Would you take 10min flights if you could take other means of transportation knowing that those would be less environmentally impactful?
