Maybe this is someone else's cup of tea. Maybe further gameplay reveals will show something that grabs my attention. But this one just doesn't interest me at all.
I think I'm in the same spot. They talk about wanting to combine their great action, but that's not really what I come to Remedy games for (although Control is their best example). At least with...

Not sure what to think of this. I loved Control (at least right up until the end), but this seems quite a dramatic tone shift. I'll look forward to seeing more about it I think.

I got the feeling that it's more of a Deep Rock Galactic kind of game than an extraction shooter, especially when I read this paragraph:
Remedy confirmed that FBC: Firebreak will get post-launch updates but didn’t want to call it a full-fledged live-service game. The goal is to make it easy to hop in and experience new stuff without making it feel like a second job. “It’s a pick-up-and-play experience [about] having fun with your friends when you have the time,” Puha said. “That’s not to say that FBC: Firebreak doesn’t have deep player progression and things to unlock, it does, but this isn’t about logging in every day for some loot or fear of missing out on materials.
Maybe not? It's a mission-based multiplayer PvE shooter where you choose a loadout. I suppose whether the ultimate goal and method of character development is "shoot things and level up" or "loot...

This looked awesome, very payday/deep rock galactic/left 4 dead-y looking which is exciting cause i love Remedy/Control and really think the FBC is a neat setting. Completely out of left field for...
