Does anyone have experience with any of the games and, if so, would you recommend them? Is there anything in here that you're particularly excited to play?
Grabbing this because Tempest Rising, Sworn, and Bread & Fred were already on my wishlist anyway. The others aren't my forte and I already own Hard West 2, so if anyone wants those codes, let me know and I'll send them to you.

Chants of SennaarEtrian Odyssey III HDSmalland: Survive the WildHard West 2Mind if I have Etrian Odyssey? Thanks.
DM on it's way.
The only game from this month that I had my eye on was Chants of Sennaar, and I'd be thrilled of you'd be willing to share! (When you get around to playing Bread and Fred, I'd be curious to know how you like that one in the weekly gaming thread, too.)
A DM beat you to it actually, just getting back to update.
No worries, thanks for your generosity!
I'll fight @ricewind for Etrian.
But they can have it first, since they beat me to it.
Very kind of you. I would love Hard West 2 if no one else has claimed it.
DM on the way!
Thank you!
I would like to request Smalland: Survive the Wild if it is still available.
DM on the way!
Received and redeemed! Wow, thank you very much! I am excited to try out what looks to be "what if Ant-Man, but imperial colonizer"! Very interesting, indeed!
Well, well, well, if it isn't eight Windows-only games that run on Linux anyway...
Everyone say it with me now: PROTON IS MAGIC
Sworn is pretty much Hades but worse in almost every way: action feels a lot less snappy, characters are a lot less compelling in design and dialogue, meta-game play loop is less satisfying.
But it does win out in one very important way: it has co-op! Fun to play Hades with my pals, even if it's less good Hades
Etrian odyssey III is considered by many, myself included, to be the best Etrian of the bunch, including the 3DS games.
I've played through Chants of Sennarr, it's a great point and click adventure game about language. Here's a video essay about it with gameplay footage (Caution, ending spoiler at nine minutes).
Basically you have to figure out what certain words mean from context clues, and every so often there's a quiz to confirm your guesses are right. You're gradually climbing your way up the Tower of Babel, exploring to find new challenges and words to complete your understanding of the languages of the people living on its floors, who all have distinct cultures and thus different vocabulary and iconograms.
And here's a linguist playing through it for the first time in case you need help and because it's pretty cool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r6Xyeq7GzzA
Dang, I bet Etrian Odyssey would play so well on my Steam Deck. Maybe it'll go on super sale sometime soon if it's in Humble.
Don't know much of the other in the bundle though. Cancelled humble a while back as I was rarely ever actually redeeming the keys.
Tempest Rising and Chants of Sennarr were enough to make me claim the bundle this month.
Really loved the old Command & Conquer games growing up, and the premise of Chants of Sennarr seems interesting enough to me.
Oh, wait, I think I’m still subscribed from the last time.
I think id be interested in trying Etrian Odyssey III just for the novelty of it being on PC. Haven’t played one of those games since the first one on the DS and it’s one of those games that captivated me but was too difficult for me at the time. It’ll be worth playing if only for the Yuzo Koshiro OPNA soundtrack.
I’m also really interested in Chants of Sennaar because I’m always interested in a good adventure game.
Too bad I will not likely play either of these games because I rediscovered my copy of Breath of the Wild and it has consumed my life yet again. It’s the main reason why I haven’t gotten into the CGA group for the past two months!
Have no experience with any of these, but glanced at them and have to say:
why does Hard West 2 use images of text for the description what were they thinking wth
I thought they took screen caps of the Steam listing, but no, they use the same images on Steam too. I genuinely cannot understand the logic, the text isn't even formatted in any special way from what I see.
