Xenoblade Chronicles 1 Definite Edition looks interesting if they add more content, and it isn't just a HD remaster. Though I won't play it anytime soon, just finished playing XC1 a month ago and think even 2020 is too soon to replay a 90+ hour rpg.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE Encore does look like something I'd plan on playing, never did get around to playing the original. Though it is on my list to play soon, so I guess I can put that on delay until Encore comes out.
Really? I am STOKED for SNES Online. The Smash DLC had me a bit confused - I know nothing about Fatal Fury, but hey, it's not another swordie! And Banjo-Kazooie has dropped! Sure, lots of ports,...

Sure, lots of ports, but I'd rather have the problem of too much to play instead of not enough (a la Wii U).

I just can't be excited for anything Nintendo Online. Their online system is such a mess and so much worse than Xbox & Playstations. With Nintendo games I have 0 interest in anything I don't own a physical version of, cause I never really know what is going to happen with it if it works through their online system.
Yeah and the Wii U feels like the forgotten red headed stepchild. Never even bothered to buy it and really don't remember much about it. So if they ported some more Wii U games to the switch I would be happy.
Is it really? Maybe it's rose tinted glasses, but it doesn't look that much better than Dolphin emulation except for longer draw distances for foliage. In any case I'm rather annoyed that this...

In any case I'm rather annoyed that this game is going through its third port / re-release while Xenoblade X stays in Wii U obscurity.
Edit: rose tinted glasses apparently working in overdrive. I can't believe I didn't notice how drastically different that character model looked.

I basically just watch these hoping for Pikmin 4, fully aware it won't happen and finding myself pleasantly surprised by the little things. Still, this one was a bit stale.
Recap for anybody who doesn't want to watch the video. Personally I'm kind of tempted to pick up Divinity Original Sin 2. I might be able to convince my fiance to give it a try if i can just hand...

EDIT: Christ on a bike I've just seen the price...

If it's priced well, I might pick it up, because I do have a lot of love for the game, but it will live and die based on how many other players go for the Switch version.
So, I'm not quite sure how to react to Sans having a costume in Smash Ultimate that doesn't break Tildes' decorum, but I am going to imagine that custom stages are going to be rather... derivative...

While there wasn't super much to get me hyped up, there were definitely a bunch of cool games in there. I'm definitely gonna try the Kirby one, and the new AC:NH trailer got me all excited!...

Regardless of games, I really think the Nintendo Directs are such a good format. Very few downtime, no unnecessarily long segments, just a good filmroll of new games. Absolutely lovely every time.
I am so ready for a new Deadly Premonition! I thought it would never happen, and really didn't expect it to end up on the switch (much less with the original being re-released too!). That was such...

Tokyo Mirage Sessions was a remarkably good and original game; I’d go so far as to say it was my favorite Wii U exclusive. Unfortunately I think about a dozen people played it at the time, so I’m...

This may be the first time in a long time that I skip a Pokemon release. The open world excited me but any excitement is rapidly dying over Game Freak removing Mega Evolutions and Z Moves in favor of this Dynamax mechanic, removing the National Dex, and just generally feeling like they've run out of ideas for the Pokemon(Polteageist?). I mean the feeling of "running out of ideas" has been there for a few gens now but it feels worse this time around.
I don't know.....maybe it's just the general nostalgia speaking but I would've preferred a Switch remake of HeartGold/SoulSilver or even X/Y.

The end of the Xenoblade trailer teases a location that was cut from the original game. Also, there's a major graphics overhaul too.

@Deimos the linked video has gone private. I assume this is the same video.
Thanks, edited.
