Offtopic, but after the last Dropout related topic I actually did end up subbing to Dropout. And since then I have plowed through all 3 seasons of Very Important People already and am currently working my way though Game Changer now (just started S2). I've really enjoying it all so far, so thanks again to moocow1452 for posting these free episodes, and all the people who responded to me in that last topic as well (and @aphoenix too ;).

Oh damn, I didn't know that. That's amazing!!! Knowing that I am definitely far far far less likely to unsub from them now too, even if I take a break from watching them for a while, so I see what...

And right now I am only month to month sub, but I will likely switch to yearly now just to support them even more.

Yep, also they pay for auditions! No company is perfect but they're run by good people as far as I can tell

I had already word-vomited about Dropout in that previous thread, but this segued into the last main reason to subscribe: It's a streaming service that supports its creatives to a) create new content for Dropout (VIP as an example), and b) gives those creatives a financial backing to go do their own thing. A lot of the talent there have other jobs, and Dropout works with them on their downtime instead of locking them into exclusivity contracts.

This was such a fun episode to watch. While I can't think of a GC episode I didn't enjoy, some of them were definitely more "scrolling on my phone and occasionally chuckling". This one had me doubled over in laughter. Sam Reich is a (n evil?) comedic genius, with due credit shared with his writers and producers. When I want to introduce someone to GC who's never watched it before, this episode is one of my go-to recommendations.

I think the rage room one is also a good one.

Also credit to Tiny Idea who pitched the episode (this was mentioned in the BTS, they also have written prompts for Make Some Noise).

Love this episode. To this day my partner and I parrot Jiavani's "somebody gotta go" (this way too) at least three times a week.

mega-spoiler Fun to watch again knowing the twist. I wonder how alternate versions would have looked where they chose a different person to focus on other than Lily. Felt sad for Becca going out...

Felt sad for Becca going out first cause she's one of the most gamer-y (though that does makes her a target), and either Sam or she has said somewhere she's self-conscious or something about her Game Changer appearances.
