Instead make them compassionate and keep them human. If its not great then it is what it is and I will keep enjoying what I do find fun. Life will be good

I feel like I agree with you but theres a nagging feeling that the difference in airlines vs ai companies is that Airlines(while profit seeking) provide a critical and tangible service, on the other hand AI still feels vague and catered to a business forward clientele.
Which is an incorrect assumption right, cuz Airlines very much started by catering to businesses at first right?
Likely the hoarding of knowledge and profits to specific companies vs airlines sharing crash data is not helping color my opinion in a positive way either.

I would recommend experimenting with temp settings. This would be for two reasons, if the dryer temperature is broken after x minutes on each setting the machine will feel just as hot as any other setting. The other thing would be low vs high. I avoided most of my clothes from shrinking at a laundromat by starting at medium heat, then low to finish. With items like towels or blankets getting washed at medium the whole time. It takes longer of course, but I never personally remember experiencing shrinking from then on.

For my own curiosity, have you tried any of the headsets yet? I managed to try out the Vive at the Penny Arcade Expo and in the loud environment I was still able to get immersed and so I waited and purchased an Index and I found that the gap did not bother me at all. I know where are also countless accessories to help blot out light and help contain or make it more comfortable too. Not trying to promote one way or another as I am also interested in the bigscreen but the inclusion of useage for more people is kind of a killer point for myself when you need specific molds(not to even get into the space needed for people with glasses)

Felt like playing a murder mystery so I installed The Sexy Brutale on my steam deck to try. Playing the opening scene would end in a crash so I set the proton version to Proton Hotfix and its been running mostly without incident so far. Though I do miss having at least a few graphics settings, thw game always runs above 40fps and for this slower style its more than adequate.
The gameplay is relatively simple and I do try to explore and try things by myself as much as I can before resorting to looking things up online.

Personally removing/changing settings I dont want on a new install is standard for any software I use so that wouldnt even register as a possible breaking point for me. I believe what Grumble4681 is pointing to something closer to when MS does an OS update that re-enables OneDrive and it eats up resources.
In my opinion that would be a breaking point because the software exists already, ive set the settings how I want and it will be forced On against my wishes you know? If im doing a fresh install of something Im personally always checking settings anyway so it doesnt feel onerous when I install something fresh and have to change things to fit my needs.

Not really asking you and more asking aloud, is there any solid evidence in how much negative press or actions a "personality"/celebrity is able to get away with before losing credibility or viewership with their base?
A feeling of mine is that the more liberal someone is, the easier it is to see a celebrity make a mistake and people stop supporting and listening to them. Comparing that to what, again I myself feel is the case, that a more conservative celebrity will "get away" with a whole lot more before they are shunned or kicked out.
