Mayo is pretty ubiquitous here in the States so it does make trouble when I'm trying to order sandwiches but the real problem (and sort of less logical one) is that it's lead to a distrust of any creamy sauce because "what if it's a mayo base?" Even though I know a hollandaise or sour cream based sauce is different, I can't make my brain see it differently.

Nothing brings me more joy than looking up transit time and seeing that public transit is shorter and cheaper than hopping in my car.

There were definitely some good races this year but it definitely felt like a season that was more interesting to talk about than to watch.
I'm thinking next season will be a flip with the new regs. No title fight to speak of but the on-track action will be good. That's my guess. We'll see.
No racing till I hyperfixate on the Dakar Rally in a few months!!

I have ADHD and a terrible memory and I've noticed lately when I'm angry, I say "you ALWAYS do ____" because to me and the amount of memory I have, it does feel like ALWAYS. But then I let it go so fast that I can't remember what I had been angry about the next time!
Anyways, really interesting question!

Q-Up was made by one of the creators of Universal Paperclips so if you're into that unexpected clicker vibe, this one is a gorgeous version. Oh, and if you've somehow never played Universal Paperclips, it's free, in-browser, and a total trip.

Good on Sainz for holding that podium and bummer that Ocon's back to back pit didn't pay off. We love a desperate play.

It's been awesome. I wish I was having as much luck as you but this game is just a reminder that my reflexes just don't get better. Navigating has been easier, though, as little memories pop up.
I'm telling myself if I beat this and am still hungry for more, THEN I'll get Silksong. But this should keep me busy.
Boss I was stuck on
The Watcher Knights just kept. Kicking. My. Ass. And I had to put it down.

That's kind of a compelling thesis, that kids could explore more if they learned the basics after. But it also felt kind of non-genuine based off the rest of the article. I tend to lean towards a more "montessori, follow the kid's interest" space but it's definitely sitting with me.

Wow, I really needed this! I've always been curious about getting into cryptic crosswords but the barrier just feels too high and overwhelming. This is the perfect way to ease in with just enough handholding that I don't immediately close the laptop.
