Didn't know it was that high, but not surprised. I'm on a veg journey at the moment and these articles are undeniably influencing me if I think on it.

an estimated 99 percent of animals raised and slaughtered for food in the US are kept on factory farms.

First comment is great, I'll add not to stew or ponder over it too. Take action now whether that's to not care, or to find a cohort to help you confront them. The worst option is letting it all take a toll on your day, that's the real offense.

To add to your point, it has bugged me that as an American I always need a car. Or atleast my parents trained me to believe so, first thing out of highschool was a car, that I made payments on. So it was debt as my first introduction to adult life, pretty gross! I look back on any and all financial learnings from them and its pretty slim, trying to reinvent myself as a frugal person and not a spender in the recent years. To end, capitalism is extremely easy to go over board with spending and debt, could maybe even say its suggested everywhere to fall into this trap.

I saw both Hateful Eight and Oppenheimer, the film projection for the former worked better imo (western). I'm thinking back now that many movies I have seen on tv or streaming were shot on film but then scanned, and they look great. So I could get in the camp of shooting the movie on film and then screening digitally, film does have a look for sure, and its still there when digitized.

Excellent to hear you stopped the vaping, I am in the process now, it's exceedingly difficult. I was cigarette free for about a year and bought a jewel, they are so strong and packed with nicotine. So yeah, might see if patches are covered with my insurance.
