I want serious stories, not stories that have serious themes but is being treated as a minor annoyance by...I got tired of watching after every marvel movies emulated the humor of waititi's Thor.
I want serious stories, not stories that have serious themes but is being treated as a minor annoyance by the hero, obviously over using his /her plot armor and no effort to hide it. The seriousness of their predicament gone, the weight of their actions and decisions gone, it's just joke after joke until the conclusion of the story.
It's tiring, and there's always a feeling that I should've dedicated that time to doing better things.

It's just a string of probability, coupling words based on the percentage of how they were used by real people according to their scraped data during LLM training.

I find that there is a generational dividing line on opinion about anime in our country. For teens today. It is a normal part of life, they live it and there is a big community, as you have mentioned. and it helps that there are cosplay events year-round. These are the 20-somethings and below, maybe even up to early 30s.
For the 40-year-old to 30-year-olds, they are the ones who grew up in the late 80s and 90s, they watch and enjoy anime, albeit in a more quiet and private way. when asked and within their own social circle, you'll find that they are as knowledgeable or more knowledgeable than the 20-something weebs. but the majority of them do not broadcast their enjoyment of the anime genre.
55 to 40 year olds. now this is a mixed age group and where you'll notice the division of anime fandom or tolerance of it. aka the outliers of the preceding and the succeeding group.
55 and older. these are the old-school people. where they view anyone that is not a child that still watches anime as very childish. This is where the old worldview of cartoons has cut off. Maybe because of our upbringing and that anime has not yet really taken hold during their childhood, combined with the economic standing of the country where there were many households who do not have access to Televisions.
well that's my piece and what i observed growing up here.

I hope this doesn't thrive in Tildes. I hope we move on and if there's news let it be the ones which are more noteworthy and have real consequences in the world. Not the ones where it sometimes feels like a TMZ article about some famous person slipping up.

Wind: 16 km/hFor me. this is just a normal day where I am not sweating even with light exertion. but definitely, there are times where even in the shade and not moving I would be covered in sweat.
80 F is considered a cozy temperature for me, and I would choose to drink warm drinks over iced drinks. and 65 F will be the time that I would choose a hot steaming drink or soup for maximum comfort (with jackets or warm clothes)

Black_Gulaman LinkI find it easier and easier to put off playing until I realized that I haven't played for months. and also I've been less interested in playing RPG games because I couldn't track or remember my...I find it easier and easier to put off playing until I realized that I haven't played for months. and also I've been less interested in playing RPG games because I couldn't track or remember my quest due to the reason stated above. I gravitated more and more to casual games where it's just essentially pick-up-and play style.
Also, i give myself a time limit in playing, so I could divide my time between productive time and play time. So in a span of 1 hour or 30 minutes, I couldn't see myself enjoying if it's an RPG game, since I may not be able to finish 1 quest in that time, and it will become a nagging bother to me that it feels like I made no progress in the game and no satisfaction will come of it.

As mentioned, there is no karma to farm, so there isnt anything really to entice people to fake their replies.
